There are several international and national trains going to Interlaken, where you have connection to Lauterbrunnen. From there a cable car and a train take you to Mürren in 20 minutes.

You can easily drive to Lauterbrunnen or Stechelberg, where parking spaces are available. At both places there is a cablecar running to Mürren. Mürren itself cannot be reached by car, it's a car-free village.
If you travel by car, you need a sticker called "vignette" on your windscreen that allows you to use all motorways in Switzerland during a whole year. It can be bought at gas stations, post offices and at the country boarder for 40 SFr.
